My current host is closing gameserver hosting and moving to just webhosting. I was extremely happy with their service which I was a customer of for about 3 years.

Now, the time has come to move on and the host recommended me to defcon. I just wanted to ask what type of ready or standby support is available over here? By that I mean my current host provided support via msn.

Another question, is the humpday offer still valid? Does defcon have any demo servers that I can try? What control panel is used for your servers? And if you don't mind me asking, what is the virtual server:server ratio? The reason I ask that is, I am after a host that does not over sell their servers.

Lastly, do you provide a server transfer service? By this I mean my current server install, maps, sounds, textures etc be transfered by the host here?

Our support is handled via our online ticket system. We offer 24x7 coverage as well. We take our clients privacy very seriously which is why we do not offer instant msg type support as it's impossible to verify if the person we are talking to is the actual server owner. (Anyone could pose as you and create problems for your account) Secondly, We have several thousand customers which would make it close to impossible to keep track of everything using instant msg.

Our servers never exceed 60% max utilization. We do not believe in overselling which is probably why we were recommeded to you. Defconservers is one of the oldest game server providers for a reason

All of our specials are active. The humpday special can only be used on Wedensday's.

We have the ability to transfer your server and all files to any of the locations we offer.
