My box:

Dual Core Opteron 170 (2 Ghz/core)
2 GB DDR2 RAM
250 GB SATA Hard disk
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4 (32bit)

A full BF2 64 man server uses about 70% cpu on one core so this server could be able to support 128 slots with a little room for more servers. The server also used 270MB of RAM / 64 slot server.

16 slots in use on one COD2 server uses about 8-10% cpu on one core. (about 270MB of RAM / 32 slot server)
16 slots in use on one FEAR server uses about 16% cpu on one core.
(about 90MB of RAM / 16 slot server when idle)

I had to remember the FEAR numbers as my FEAR server hasn't been populated lately.
