Well first of I have to say Defconservers are top notch! The transfer from my previous rental went smooth and Defcon had my server up in no time. I'm currently running three COD4 servers and a TF2 server. I have one issue though... When connected everyone gets great pings and no lag issue at all. But I restarted my COD4 servers yesterday because I had to make some changes to .cfg files and now the servers are timing out. Sometimes they load find and others people are having to leave and come back. I have not changed anything as far as the master server settings in .cfg. But I'm guessing the box/network is having trouble pinging the master servers. But like I said once connected no one has any complaint and the box is a smooth as butter.

Anyone have any ideas?

OH did I mention that Defconservers rock!

Also have had no issues with the TF2 server. Restart after restart no timing out.. Only w/ the COD4 servers and that varies between the three...

Created a support ticket after you suggested to Rich and service was next to none! We have resolved the issues I was having and the server is kick n' butt! Just to let everyone now it had nothing to do with Defcon and it was error on my part. Couldn't be happier and I'm glad I move to Defcon!
