Customer from Australia unable to call you
Hi there guys...
been a customer of defcon for approximately a year now AND LOVING IT
with some recent changes between my personal account and clan accounts, i was hoping to speak to your billing department on the toll free 800-998-3108 number.
after being unable to call you successfully, i contact my telephone carrer to try and connect the call for me. i was advised your number is blocking calls from international callers.
i have no qualms about paying any rates required to call international numbers to ensure business is conducted... i am wondering if the possibility of having this imposition is lifted.... or, if it poses a threat (eg too many calls from telemarketers in india etc - yes we get them too!).... seeing as you host Ventrilo/Teamspeak/mohawk voice servers.... have one setup for people to speak to you directly. sometimes email across international time zones is not fast enough, not to mention the added piece of mind speaking to a Defcon Servers employee directly.
i hope this does not cause too many concerns with the request. Just like to make sure your paying international customers have the same support benefits afforded to those residing in the USA (added option to speak to sales/billing/tech support apart from emails.)
