The best Ventrilo servers!
Iv'e been a customer of defconservers for just over a year now, I enjoy the quality of defcons vent servers and so does my team. I haven't had any down time at all and have zero complaints about the service.
If you are someone that does not have a lot of money to spend on video games or things like ventrilo, Defcon is the place for you!
They also offer great technical support and of course squad pay is always a big help for those of you that run clans or gaming communities!

Excellent Company!
I was recommended to Defcon Servers from a friend. We have previously heard amazing things about this company.
I have one machine with them, and I'd have to say I've had some problems, but it was due to user error. The support staff is friendly and very prompt. They are even more knowledgeable. They have top quality hardware and this can be some of the best gaming hardware possible to give you the best gaming experience for your clients.
With very little downtime, and awesome support, you will get an awesome gaming server experience. I've only been with them for two months, but I'm sure to be with them for a while!

You guys are great thanks
Unbelievably quick responses to any support questions and great customer service.
Our server is in Chicago and has run beautifully. We are running 2 tf2 24 slots each, a 20 slot UT 2k4 vctf and a 24 COD4 server(s) on one of the quad core 6600's with 4 gb or Ram. All smooth and nice pings, even without the game rails client.
Unfortunatley we lost a big chunk of our funding so we are closing down .... but we will get it together again and be back with out hesitation for another server!!
Thanks and we will definately reccomend you to anyone who asks about a great hosting company!

Amazing servers, amazing support.
Servers have amazing registry, my shots are hitting a lot more, and its
great the the default FPS is set at 500!! and support is very quick and
informative.

Good
Work, Defcon!!!
Yes, I'm very happy with the Tech Support Staff. I'm renting a GTR2 Game
server, and have a problem with Server. If I change one parameter to make
changes in the server Games, The GTR2 server not shows in the Lobby and
it needs to manual restarting. Defcon makes changes in his launch application
to solve this problem.
Now I can make changes in my game server and restart-it, and the server
shows in GTR2 Lobby!!!

Just purchased a Rfactor server and must say so far i am extremely pleased
with the support i have had in setting this up. I
still have a few problems with things
but it seems customer support seems to have no problem in helping out
with any questions i have to ask.Excellent service i will definatly be

New Customers Thoughts On Defcon..
I
am new to defcon, I just bought a dual p4 xeon 3.0 dedicated machine.
Let me just say that thus far defcon has been nothing short of excellent
in every manner.
Presales questions where answered quickly, and unlike most companies the
service didn't stop there. My dedicated server was set up within hours...
ON A SUNDAY! I was shocked, my clanmates and I thought we wouldn't be
gaming for days, but here we are loving our new server already. I also
submitted a trouble ticket with a question and it was answered within
minutes. If anyone is thinking about using defcon, stop thinking and do
it, you wont regret it.

WOW!!!!!
The
only word that comes to mind is just that, WOW. First set up was quick
and painless, my guildies are all happy with our new vent server.
I just submitted a ticket for help in making a change with the codex and
before I could wink my eye lid, I recieved a reply with change made.
I'm even happier with you now, than I was when I first joined.

Excellent
experience
I
just ordered a small ventrilo server for our clan. 1st of all before i
even ordered it the questions I asked were answered extremely fast. Within
5 mins of submitting my info the server was up and going. I had a question
after setting the server up so I submitted a ticket and within a matter
of minutes I had a response that solved my problem... This is just too
good to be true, I will most certainly be getting our BF2/CSS servers
here, there is no need to shop around. The amount of helpful support and
prompt responses alone make it worth the money let alone their prices
are VERY competitive.

I
wanted to take the time to say thank you for everything.
I have nothing
but good things to say about Defcon. With alot of great support from Rich,
I recently ordered a dedicated box in NY, it was up within 24 hours, with
the games I asked for installed on it. All of our game servers run with
amazing pings, and the support has great.
The main
problem I had with my last host was that they treated me like I knew nothing,
which being a CCNA certified network technician, I did not take kindly
to. It hasn't been like that at all with Defcon, all of the support has
been up front and straight forward with me.
Keep up the
great work Defcon! I don't expect you'll see me going anywhere anytime
soon!

Great
Servers and Support
My
Counter-Strike Source community has recently upgraded from another provider
and joined on with Defcon. I could not be happier. There tech support
is knowledgeable and friendly and has help me set up custom commands lines
to run games like hidden source on my box. You will not be disappointed

Incredible!
Hi,
I just want to let everyone know how satisfied I am with the service so
far. I ordered a BF2 server last night at about 9:00 pm and got a email
saying the server was ready at 10:02 am this morning. WOW! I dont even
think these guys sleep around here the way they answer emails and posts

Servers is #1 in Customer Satisfaction
I've been with Defcon for 4 months now and have had a few issues with
my server. The staff has always been very quick to assist and repair any
problems with the server. The reason for this note is to explain that
I, like any other person, am always looking for the better deal. I came
across what appeared to be a better deal. I gave Defcon the option of
matching the deal or to discontinue my service. They didn't just say OK
and let me go. They made it clear that they wanted my business and were
looking out for my best interest. They replied back that this was a non-licensed
provider of Ventrilo. Rich and his staff were right on the money. After
talking to this supposed "owner" of this so-called "company",
I found that he was but an 18 year old boy who worked as a cashier and
ran this "company" on the side. He also had no license to provide
Ventrilo Servers.
Needless
to say, I've decided to stick with Defcon. In addition to that, I've made
a six month commitment to Defcon. They offer great discounts on six month
commitments. If you're looking for a server company that is reasonbly
priced and offer top notch customer service and support, this is the place
to be.

Just ordered a ut2k4 server from defcon 2 days ago and I have to say I'm
impressed! Support has been great in helping me become familiar with the
everything works here. Everyone's been friendly and helpful. The server
out of New York is going to be great for a lot of our clanmembers and
it's running sweet. Kronos looks like a great support tool. Modernbill
and Ventrillo too. I really am liking what I see and the kind of thinking
behind it!

I have only been with DEFCON for a few months, but have been more than
pleased with the performance of your servers, the personal service available,
especially through ventrillo and the friendly, helpful, proactive approach
taken by the company whenever I interact with you. I find that I have
to address a controversial subject....Having experienced the fragmented,
isolated nature of foreign call centers now providing "support"
for many IT companies, I believe this model will ultimately fail. It is
clear through my experience that foreign "support" centers are
not well integrated into either corporate culture or technical realities
that relate to their product lines. On the contrary, my experience with
DEFCON is a "world apart" from these foreign call centers. It
is clear that the DEFCON support people are on site, in touch and motivated
as real parts of the company. The foreign call centers I have dealt with
exude indifference and have an obvious lack of connection to the home
company. The service side of your business, from a client's perspective,
is critical. There is not a lot of performance difference in the hardware
available from different vendors. Problems are expected with computers,
and high quality personal service and support are the defining requirements
for me.
